Deploys from this template fail at "Create container" with "We were unable to connect to the registry for this image."

The template pulls ghcr.io/dagu-org/dagu:latest. Dagu moved to the dagucloud org, and that image is no longer published. I maintain Dagu.

Required changes:

• Image: ghcr.io/dagucloud/dagu:latest
• Remove the custom start command dagu start-all so the image entrypoint runs.
• Add PUID=0, PGID=0, RAILWAY_RUN_UID=0. Railway mounts volumes as root, and the image otherwise drops to UID 1000 and cannot write to /data/dagu.
