a wild brody is summoned to the chat
Heya, I know Brody was looking into making a template for Plane, one seems to be made and is public but I'm getting a few issues from it, the "Space" container doesn't seem to work.
I think it might be an issue with the docker image, I have also contacted the Plane discord about this aswell!
If anyone knows Plane and has an instance running, any help would be appreciated!

ah the dev team for plane must have changed something

I'll look into it and see what needs to be changed, and then I'll let you and the template creator know what changes are needed

Brill, that gets it off the ground.
I've now got an issue where it refuses to let me set up but I think that's best asked to their own team.
(Whenever I click "get started" it just refreshes the page back to/god-mode.

update, i have a personal project working and updated, and im in contact with vin on the best way to update his template with the changes ive made

hey @dayflare sorry for the delay, but vin has updated the template and has said that it's all back in working order again! go ahead and deploy a new plane template
I've done it and changed the url to my own one, and am recieving this error when logging in

plane isn't going to be aware of the new domain unless everything is redeployed

yeah but on your defense, railway really should ask you if you'd like to redeploy any services that reference a services domain that has changed

Hey, so I've followed this step, and I get the same error as him. I'm not able to log in once I use my custom domain but the auto deployed domain works normally.

Okay I lied --- had to restart all the deployments like you stated, thought I would be able to restart one main one to restart them all. works :)

For context a lot of the services reference the domain of the `Plane` service, so most of the services would need to be redeployed, but the databases and storage services wouldn't need to be redeployed.
I wish Railway would detect and ask you if you'd like to redeploy all the services that have a reference to a given service's domain since this fact is often overlooked.
