Template Request: NodeBB

Question

NodeBB is a modern Node.js-based forum software with real-time features, mobile responsiveness, and extensive plugin support

This bounty will be paid out when:

* A high-quality NodeBB Railway template is presented
* All potential template feedback has been incorporated
* All requirements are met and tested

Template requirements:

* A multi-service deployment including the NodeBB application + database (using Redis, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL). PostgreSQL is preferred.
* Volume-backed storage for database to correctly persist uploaded files and forum data
* Template should allow access to NodeBB's web-based setup wizard on first deployment to allow users to configure their forum
* Service dependencies should be correctly configured using proper startup order and health checks between the database and NodeBB

NodeBB with PostgreSQL and installation UI to create/seed the initial user. Includes healthchecks and persistence for uploaded files, users, etc.
