Temporary sleep on deployments

My deployments on enviroment
'customitdevs' are sometimes sleeping and waking up after multiple requests i do, i have upgraded from Hobby plan to Pro hoping it will no longer happen, but it just happened some few minutes ago

Do you have this enabled under service->settings?

Same problem today, My server was failing for 12 hours!
Also Hobby plan, "enable serverless" is turned off
