When I sign in using either:
GitHub account: honglaysin
Email: honglaysin1111@gmail.com
Railway immediately requires the 2FA code that I no longer have access to.
Because of this, I cannot access the affected Railway account at all and therefore cannot create a ticket from that account.
I still have access to:
The email address honglaysin1111@gmail.com
The GitHub account honglaysin
Could you please provide an alternative ownership verification process for accounts that are completely locked by lost 2FA?

The account you're describing (honglaysin1111@gmail.com / GitHub honglaysin) is different from the account this thread is opened from, so a verification here would confirm the wrong account. Please email Railway support from the email address on the account that needs the reset, so the request ties to the correct account and we can run ownership verification on it directly.

I am trying to follow your instructions, but I am unable to.
The affected account (honglaysin1111@gmail.com / GitHub honglaysin) cannot log in because the lost 2FA is exactly what is preventing access.
Railway's documentation states that support is not provided via email. Could you please provide the specific email address or recovery process that I should use for 2FA recovery when the affected account cannot log in?
Thank you.

I found a Central Station thread where a Railway employee said that users who lose 2FA should email Railway from the email address associated with the affected account.
I have access to the email address associated with the account (honglaysin1111@gmail.com).
Could you please provide the email address I should contact for 2FA recovery and ownership verification?
