the deployment doesnt start automatically afterhe git push, i have to manually click deploy after it detects the new push

Your service is showing a "needs approval" status, which is why deployments aren't starting automatically. On the Free/Trial plan, deployments require manual approval. To enable fully automatic deployments after git push, you'll need to upgrade to the Hobby plan ($5/month included usage) or higher.
