GitHub deployments fail at Initialization > Snapshot code with:

“Failed to snapshot repository. Please try again in a few minutes.”

CLI deployment from cafe-api succeeds in indexing/compressing, then fails with:

“operation timed out” while sending request to backboard.railway.com

Tracked-files check is clean:

git ls-files shows no tracked cafe-api/vendor, cafe-api/node_modules, or cafe-api/.env

Frontend service deploys successfully.

MySQL service is online.
