The website was working perfectly fine, but suddenly it stopped working and they told me to contact you.

All deployments in your project currently show as removed or failed, so nothing is actively running. The services still exist, but their deployments have been torn down. You can redeploy from your project dashboard using the command palette (Ctrl/Cmd + K, then "Deploy latest commit"). Could you share more details about what you saw when it stopped working, or whether the deployments were removed intentionally?

The top message says your work has been restricted and you cannot create new resources. Please contact team support. How can I resolve this inexplicably?

Your workspace has been restricted, which is why your deployments were stopped and new resources can't be created. We're not able to share the specific reason behind this restriction, and unfortunately for paid workspaces the restriction cannot be reversed. If you'd like to cancel your subscription, you can do so from your workspace billing settings.

Do you mean I need to unsubscribe and then pay again to resolve the continued deployment issue?

So how do we solve this problem?

Resubscribing would not resolve this. The restriction on your workspace is permanent and cannot be reversed, so creating a new subscription on the same workspace would not restore access. You can cancel your current subscription from your workspace billing settings to stop future charges.

So how do we solve this problem? I was just deploying something and this happened inexplicably.

We understand this is frustrating, and we're sorry we can't provide more detail. Unfortunately, there is no path to restoring access to this workspace - the restriction is permanent and cannot be reversed, even with a new subscription on the same workspace. The only step available is to cancel your current subscription from your workspace billing settings to prevent further charges.

So what solution do I need? Is it a human or a robot?

You're right that this isn't a deployment problem on your end. Your workspace has been restricted, which is why the deployments were stopped and new resources can't be created. We're not able to share the specifics behind the restriction, and for paid workspaces it can't be reversed, including by resubscribing on the same workspace. There isn't a path that restores access here. The one step available is to cancel your subscription from your workspace billing settings at railway.com/workspace/billing so you aren't charged going forward.
