Hi,
I'm not sure why this keeps happening when I try deploying:
[auth] sharing credentials for us-west1.registry.rlwy.net ✔ 0ms
Build time: 1368.06 seconds
=========================
The executable # could not be found.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Looks like you have set a malformed start command -
You have also done the same for your build command.
