For www, the required DNS records are already in place and propagated:

- CNAME: www.qizhijiyong.store -> wujalx66.up.railway.app

- TXT: _railway-verify.www.qizhijiyong.store -> railway-verify=0da092c5125cf99fb4badb0cd4a79d9c9eb6d4278182dbf48dbf98505f069c80

Railway already sees the correct CNAME value and reports the DNS record as propagated, but the domain is still stuck at:

- verified: false

- certificateStatus: VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP

And https://www.qizhijiyong.store still returns the Railway fallback 404.

So this does not appear to be an apex @ record issue. Could someone from Railway please retrigger verification / certificate issuance for www.qizhijiyong.store?

It's what's needed for you to be able to use www properly. You'd need to add your root domain as well.

You can try removing all the related DNS records from both Railway and your DNS provider, waiting ~10-15 mins, then re-add the records though.

However, I'd try adding your root domain first.

I've seen a few instances where adding the root domain resolved the verification issue for www, so it's something I'd try right off the bat.

I checked trying to add the apex/root domain qizhijiyong.store, and Railway returns:

You have reached the limit for custom domains per service on your plan.

So I cannot attach the apex/root domain to the same service that already has www.qizhijiyong.store.

This suggests the current www.qizhijiyong.store issue is not simply because the apex/root domain is missing.

Could someone from Railway please retrigger verification / certificate issuance for www.qizhijiyong.store, or confirm whether a separate redirect service is required for the apex domain?

- qizhijiyong.store

- www.qizhijiyong.store

The goal is for the apex/root domain to redirect to https://www.qizhijiyong.store, and for www.qizhijiyong.store to finish verification / certificate issuance.
