I asked why was the postgres crashed, I couldn't figure out. He said that maybe the volume was corrupted, so he erased it and created a now one, wiping all data, and said: if you have a backup, you might want to get it.
I don't have a backup because my plan does not allow. I never meant to delete the volume. Here is the conversation (pt-br):

Looking at your screenshots, both the volume removal and the new volume creation show a status of "Discarded," and the bottom of the conversation confirms "Changes discarded." This means those volume operations were never applied, so your data should still be on the original volume. The Postgres service is currently in a CRASHED state, which appears to be the same original crash you asked the Agent about. Additionally, the Hobby plan does support volume backups, which you can configure from the service's Settings page to protect against future data loss.
