Around 10 to 15 minutes in my experience, as long as your service does not have any outbound traffic.

The the Docs, services with App Sleeping enabled are considered inactive after 10 minutes. @ds-digital-23 I had a look at the project you linked, and the service in that project is currently sleeping.
