The "train was derailed" message is our error page shown when our proxy cannot reach your application, typically a 502 response. Your service logs show it is running, so the most common cause is that your application is not listening on the host 0.0.0.0 and the port defined by the PORT environment variable, or your domain's target port is set incorrectly.
