When I access the railway dashboard, it says "the train was derailed. We apologize for the inconvenience. If the issue persists, please contact our support team."

Your workspace subscription is currently in an inactive state, which is why the dashboard is returning 403 errors and showing the "train was derailed" page. You can resubscribe from your workspace billing settings to restore access.
