The UI is stuck

When I get into my project, the UI isn't loading and I can't get access to my server's logs, variables , etc.
See the attached image. it happened in the past but resolved quickly. now it's like that for 2 days.

Can you check your console logs, or even the response for the environmentConfig network query? Are there any errors?
