The URL suddenly stopped working properly.
Even though the program was correctly connected to the server via GitHub, whenever I try to access
algamja-dashboard-production.up.railway.app,
the page shows: "Application failed to respond."

Try redeploying your service.
If you have serverless enabled, that may or may not be the reason why. Serverless instances may sometimes require a rebuild to relive the service. Otherwise, I’d check your application logs and see what went wrong.
