We don't offer IP addresses in China. Our available deploy regions are US West (California), US East (Virginia), EU West (Amsterdam), and Southeast Asia (Singapore). If your site is being blocked by a regional firewall, that is outside the scope of what we can address, as we don't operate infrastructure in mainland China.

The websites of the other three projects I created can all be accessed directly from the Chinese mainland. However, this one cannot. It seems to be a problem with random IP addresses. Could you please change it for me?

We don't have the ability to change or select the inbound IP address assigned to a service. IPs are allocated by our infrastructure automatically, and there is no mechanism to swap or rotate them. If a particular IP happens to be blocked by a regional firewall, using a custom domain behind a CDN that has presence in your target region would be the typical workaround on your side.

Hi
Have you tried recreating the project.

Hey, since you are on the free plan, try redeploying or delete and recreate the service.

I would have suggested to change the region of your service, but that isn't an option on the free plan. I am out of ideas in this case if you have already tried everything above.
