There is no option to remove the unused environment/space

i wanted to retain only the environments that have services and remove the no service spaces

The three empty items on your dashboard (industrious-determination, scintillating-peace, clever-fulfillment) are projects, not environments. You can delete each one by opening the project, going to Settings > Danger, and clicking "Delete Project."
