Your workspace is on the Free plan, which has two restrictions that can cause deploy failures. First, Free-plan deploys are blocked during peak hours (08:00-20:00 PT for US West, where your services are deployed), so you need to deploy outside that window. Second, every service on the Free plan must have App Sleeping enabled in the service's Settings under Deploy, or the deploy will be rejected. Your main backend service has it on, but make sure it is also enabled on your other services (like Redis) before redeploying. The Free plan includes $1/month in usage credit, so once you deploy outside peak hours with App Sleeping on, your services should start. If you need to run services without these restrictions, upgrading to Hobby ($5/month) removes both.
