This is a known issue on our side where pending changes get stuck and won't deploy or discard. It's not something you can clear yourself. We need to clear the stuck changes for you so your volume mounts and new volumes can apply, and we'll confirm here once that's done. In the meantime please avoid adding further changes to this service so they don't queue behind the stuck ones.
