I am unable to create any deployment from my github repo.
I was able to create new postgres DB, but unable to connect my github repo. What could be the issue?

I tried to deploy another personal project and it worked. Maybe the issue is that I need to create a team containing all users who have access to deployed repositories?

make sure you have the railway github app fully installed
