It is working at my end. It could be your ip address of your network. Maybe it is either softly blacklisted or have not been propagated, but I doubt the second. To be able to test it at your end and confirm it works, you just need to use either chrome or edge, go to extensions and install a free vpn, turn it on and try opening it in that browser.
