This workspace had a trial ending but I've paid and attempted redeploys, but they're failing

These deploys previously were working fine. I've redeployed the databases and they're ok. Some deploys to instances, including the one attached are failing now.
What would have changed and suggest a fix?

I used railway up and that seemed to force a new build and things went much betterer
