Issue: Three consecutive build failures, all assigned to the same Metal builder "builder-dvswwx". Each build shows "scheduling build on Metal builder 'builder-dvswwx'" with no further build output, then fails after 30-60 seconds.
Failed deployment IDs:
- ff5dc303 — Apr 26 6:58 PM CDT
- 05d6a58b — Apr 26 10:24 PM CDT
- fbf9855f — Apr 26 10:44 PM CDT
Earlier deployments to the same project on different builders built successfully — the most recent successful build (c3ac096) deployed clean about 5 hours before this string of failures started.
Railway's Diagnose tool confirmed: "the code itself is not at fault" and noted "degraded build performance" at the time.
Pattern strongly suggests builder-dvswwx is unhealthy and the load balancer keeps reassigning my project to it. Could a staff member please reassign this project away from builder-dvswwx, or pull that builder from rotation?

Hello,
We have found a bug in our logs exporter pipeline. The builder itself is healthy and you build has failed with Error: Turbopack build failed
We are going to deploy the fix today to our builder fleet.
