I have added custom domain from godaddy and and have put all the dns records cname and txt in godaddy dns record can anyone tell me how much time it will take for railway custom domain status for update its been almost half an hour

DNS changes can take up to 72 hours to propagate worldwide, though most propagate within a few hours. Half an hour is still early, so give it more time.
One important note: if you are adding a root domain (e.g., example.com rather than www.example.com), GoDaddy does not support CNAME flattening, which means a CNAME record at the root level won't work. You would need to either use a subdomain like www.example.com, or switch your domain's nameservers to a provider that supports CNAME flattening, such as Cloudflare. More details here: Custom Domains.
