I’m deploying a .NET 8 web app on Railway using Dockerfile.web. The deployment fails immediately during the image build step, before dotnet restore/build/publish starts. Railway can load the Dockerfile, but fails while fetching metadata for the Microsoft base images.

I opened this through Get Help and did not intentionally create a paid bounty. I’m looking for support on a build issue.
