Title: Custom domain stuck on "Waiting for DNS update" despite full propagation

My domain www.getautogrow.net has been stuck on "Waiting for DNS update" for hours. DNS is fully propagated worldwide (verified on dnschecker.org). I also added the _railway-verify TXT record which is also fully propagated. CNAME points to 2qen2hx5.up.railway.app. Service works fine at earnest-passion-production.up.railway.app. Can anyone help?

Try adding your root domain as a custom domain as well and see if it works.

Also facing the same problem. cavediani.com works but www.cavediani.com doesn't, yet both are custom domains and they have both propagated worldwide.. quite frustrating?

You need to add a TXT record for your www domain.

Also, for your root domain, you should be adding the CNAME record that Railway has provided, not an A record. (If you are, then you can ignore this).

You should also add a TXT record to your root domain. When the certificate expires, it will not be automatically reissued unless the TXT records are present.

you need tpo put CNAME then next box put @ and last box put the railway verify dns, you must copy and paste
