Title: Payment issue – unable to upgrade to $20 plan

I am currently experiencing an issue with your payment system.

I initially used the free plan with the $5 credit to deploy a small application that includes both a front-end and a back-end on Railway.

The deployment appears to have completed, but the application does not work correctly. When I open the project URL, it only shows a blank page, even though both the front-end and back-end were deployed.

To troubleshoot this and continue development, I would like to upgrade to the $20 professional plan.

However, the payment is consistently refused, even after several attempts.

Here are the checks already performed:

  • VPN disabled
  • Account correctly detected in France
  • Bank card valid and working for other online services
  • Billing address verified and correct
  • Multiple payment attempts made

Despite this, it is impossible to complete the payment for the $20 plan.

This currently blocks:

  • fixing the deployed application
  • putting the project into production
  • hosting my applications on Railway

It therefore seems there may be an issue with the payment system or the Stripe billing integration, since the same card works normally for other services.

Could you please check:

  • whether the billing system is blocking the account
  • whether there is a payment system issue
  • or how I can successfully upgrade to the $20 plan

Thank you.

Your bank is declining your payments, not Railway. Please try a different payment method, or you can contact your issuing bank.
