To Railway Support,

Our custom domain api.vetrya.com.br is stuck with the error:

"Failed to issue TLS certificate – Let's Encrypt rate limit reached.

This error cannot be automatically retried."

Context:

- The domain api.vetrya.com.br is attached to a FastAPI service.

- During initial setup, the domain was added/removed multiple times.

- DNS is now stable and correct:

- CNAME api.vetrya.com.brcallback-fastapi-production.up.railway.app

- Cloudflare proxy is disabled for the API (DNS only).

- The application responds correctly ({"status":"ok"}), but TLS cannot be issued.

- No retries have been attempted for many hours to avoid extending the rate limit.

Request:

Could you please reset/clear the ACME (Let’s Encrypt) state for this domain

or force a new certificate issuance?

Thank you.

We're unable to reset Let's Encrypt rate limits as they're enforced directly by Let's Encrypt's API. To resolve this, remove the domain from Railway, wait 24 hours, then add it again.
