Hi Railway team,
I'm unable to get a TLS certificate issued for my custom domain g3tools.co after re-adding it following a service consolidation.
Details:
Domain: g3tools.co
Service: g3tools-lap-ui (production environment)
Project: g3tools-v2
Issue: "Failed to issue TLS certificate" error persists after multiple retry attempts
DNS: CNAME correctly configured and fully propagated (verified via DNS checkers)
Actions taken: Removed and re-added domain, waited 6+ hours, clicked "Try Again" multiple times
The certificate provisioning appears stuck. The temporary Railway URL works fine. Could you manually trigger the certificate issuance or investigate what's blocking it?
Thanks!

Here's a screen shot of what I'm seeing. I click retry and it looks like it works for about 10 seconds then the message comes back. Of coures, this is what my users get. Is it possible for you guys to manually reset the cert? Thanks.

TLS certificates are issued by Let's Encrypt, and they have an ongoing incident.

Hey, looks like it has been partially solved. Can you try again? (Remove your domain and add it again)
If not, let's wait until the incident is fully fixed.
It's working now. Was able to apply a valid TLS certificate to the web domain. Thanks for keeping me posted.

Is there not already a button? Though perhaps I am misunderstanding your ask?
