I’m on the Hobby plan and my custom domain TLS is stuck due to

Let’s Encrypt rate limit.

Domain: api.vetrya.com.br

Service: FastAPI on Railway

Dashboard error:

"Failed to issue TLS certificate – Let's Encrypt rate limit reached.

This error cannot be automatically retried."

Context:

• The domain was added/removed multiple times during initial setup.
• DNS is now stable: CNAME api.vetrya.com.br → callback-fastapi-production.up.railway.app Cloudflare proxy is OFF (DNS only).
• The application responds correctly over HTTP ({"status":"ok"}).
• Issue persists for ~24 hours.

Question:

Is there a way for Railway staff to reset the ACME / certificate

issuance state for this domain?
