to recover openclaw volume and data

My existing OpenClaw service cannot start, and its console is disconnected. I need to preserve and export the existing openclaw-volume, mounted at /data.

My workspace shows an unpaid $23.99 invoice and a warning to pay to avoid disconnection. I cannot authorize additional spending.

Please confirm whether the volume is still retained, its retention deadline, and whether there is a no-charge way to download its contents without restarting billable compute, deleting/detaching the volume, or paying for a plan upgrade. If access is restricted, can Railway provide temporary export-only access?

Please do not modify or delete the volume.

Your volume (openclaw-volume) is still retained and in a ready state with roughly 4.5 GB of data at /data. It has not been deleted or detached. Your workspace has an open $23.99 invoice (card ending 0967 was declined). Paying that invoice at your workspace billing page returns the workspace to good standing, after which you can start the service and export the data yourself. There is no separate export-only access path while the invoice is outstanding.

Please confirm the exact retention/deletion deadline for my existing volume while the invoice remains unpaid. I cannot pay. Can a Railway staff member review whether a one-time no-charge data export exception is possible? Please preserve the volume unchanged while reviewing this.

Your volume is still attached and in a ready state with ~4.5 GB of data. Per the documented retention schedule, Hobby plan volume data is kept for 60 days after subscription cancellation, and your subscription is currently past due rather than cancelled, so no deletion is imminent. There is no way to access volume contents without running the attached service, which requires the workspace to be in good standing. Paying the outstanding $18.99 at your workspace billing page clears that, after which you can start the service and export what you need from /data.
