Toggling workflow active/inactive logs deregistration but never logs registration. Crons do not fire on schedule. n8n hosted on Railway. This is an ongoing problem so my workflows are not firing.

Your n8n service shows only $0.01 in CPU usage this billing period, which strongly suggests it is sleeping for most of the time. If you have Serverless (formerly "App Sleeping") enabled on the n8n service, it will go to sleep after 10 minutes of inactivity, which stops n8n's internal scheduler and prevents cron workflows from firing. You can check and disable this under your service's Settings > Deploy > Serverless.
