Too many outage issue

Hi,

I recently upgraded my project to a hobby plan, and I have plans to upgrade to Enterprise in the coming months, but I have been noticing too much downtime, my deployments are slower, and there have been multiple instances.

I would like to know the true reliability if I want to continue to stay, or I must plan to migrate out to another platform, which is much easier now because of the scale I am at.

Thank you.

All three of your services are currently deployed and in a healthy state. Contractual SLAs and uptime guarantees are available exclusively on the Enterprise plan. If you're experiencing specific deployment slowness or downtime, sharing the affected service and timeframe would help us look into it further.

I am not flagging the issue for this moment. My concern was, in general, about reliability.

Our platform processes over 15 million deployments and 1 trillion+ edge network requests monthly, and we publish incident retrospectives on our engineering blog. Contractual SLAs with uptime guarantees are available on the Enterprise plan.
