hello
my previous n8n server got crashed by mistake and i want to deploy a new one but it takes 30 mins since i request to deploy and still get nothing.

Having the same issue. Apparently due to "upstream issues with Github" which seems doubtful...

my server had deployed after 1 hour.
but now i can't make any workflow and i get the error below:
