Trail period is not working

I have just joined the railway portal and made a payment of 1$, i have not deployed any project its been 3-5 mins in the portal and its saying trail period is over i have to pay 5$ for hobby plan.
I have a git project which needs to be demo and planning to deploy asap.

You did not make a $1 payment, we just checked your card's validity. You currently aren't on our trial plan, and would need to upgrade to hobby.
