Transfer from hobby to pro. Question

I recently bought a pro plan and moved my project from hobby to pro. I changed everything to European regions, but the requests are still too slow... For example, getting a user takes as much as 3 seconds. Is there a way to speed this up?

Hello,

Please make sure all your services in the project are in the same region, zone, and infrastructure.

Your server service in on Metal, and your PostGIS service is not, you should move your server off of Metal since you cannot move your database to Metal.
