Hello,
I would like to transfer my current "Hobby" plan workspace to another account. But since Hobby plan can only have one member, I am unable to add another member as admin and leave myself.
I want to delete my current account after transfering the workspace.
Can railway people people do this for me?

We cannot help with this, sorry. You'll need to upgraade to Pro if you want to have multiple members.

That would involve updating to Pro so that you can add another member, making them the Admin, then you can remove yourself.

1. If I downgrade back to Hobby from Pro after doing that, do I still keep the hobby discount that was grandfathered?
2. I currently have that single workspace for my account. Can I transfer that as mentioned above or will it be forbidden because it's the last workspace? I see "You cannot delete your last workspace." and am worried that might become an issue.

No, that discount is exclusive to the Hobby plan.
You wouldn't be able to transfer your last workspace either, you would need to create another workspace beforehand.
