I am a developer, I created the initial project in my personal hobby account, client have now created a new pro workspace I am not admin but a member. How do I transfer project between my personal workspace to the workspace client created.

Hello,
You can not transfer someone else's project to your Pro workspace.
The owner would need to transfer the project to your account, and then you could transfer it to your Pro workspace.

It is in my account, I want to transfer it to client workspace where I am a member. It is in my personal hobby project, I am the admin.

Gotcha, that wasn't clear in the first message.
Off the top of my head, I can't remember if you need to be admin on the Pro workspace to move a project to said Pro workspace, but either way, you can move projects between workspaces via the project settings.
