Both your Hobby workspace ("flyhpa-developer's Projects") and your Pro workspace ("Brandon Ray") are on the same Railway account, so you can transfer projects yourself. Open the project you want to move, go to Settings, and click "Transfer Project" to select your Pro workspace as the destination. You can repeat this for each project you want to move.

No... They are not on the same railway account. Two different users. It won't let me transfer to the pro account.

To transfer a project to a different user, open the project, go to Settings > Members, and invite the destination user (brandon@flyhpa.com) as a member. Once they accept, click the three dots next to their name and select "Transfer Ownership." Both accounts need an active paid plan, which you have covered.

Like I said the dev account is not on a pro plan. It is on a hobby plan and I'm trying to move the project to my pro plan. Can I get a real human to respond please?

Like the railway team said above, you can move your project from your hobby account to your pro account by inviting your pro account to the project and then transfer the project ownership to the pro account

Go to your Project Settings > Members, Invite your PRO account to the project first, then click Transfer Ownership
