I would like to transfer one of my Railway projects to my client so they have full ownership and can manage everything themselves, including billing and the payment method.

Currently, I can only assign users as Admin, and I don't see any option to transfer ownership or make another user the owner of the project or workspace.

Could you please let me know:

Is it possible to transfer a Railway project or workspace to another Railway account?

If yes, what are the steps to make the client the owner?

If not, what is the recommended way to hand over a project while allowing the client to manage billing, deployments, environment variables, and all future administration?
