Issue: The Railway Hobby plan was accidentally purchased using the wrong email account. We need to transfer the subscription ownership to the intended email account.

We're not able to transfer subscriptions between accounts. The best path is to cancel the Hobby plan on the current (wrong) account from Billing settings, then subscribe to the Hobby plan on the correct account.
