Trial Ended, How can I retrieve my data?

So I had a Postgres sql database and the trial ended. I didn't know that we cannot retrieve data after the trial was over. Had done a lot of important stuff on it. I couldn't buy hobby plan because I am broke. Is there any way to get the volume data back.

There is a free plan which should give you enough resources to re-deploy the database and retrieve any data you have stored on it.

It is at the bottom of the plans page when you are asked to upgrade.
