i think theres an issue with the service, my trial ended whilst i had $4.98 left is it an incident? of 22 June incident

Hi Justin,
The 22 June incident was limited to slow loading of logs and metrics (now resolved) and had no effect on trials, credits, or running services.
Checking your account: your $5 trial credit is intact and your services (web and Postgres) are both deployed and running normally right now. Nothing was consumed or cut short by the incident.
If you saw a trial banner or a prompt, that is the standard Hobby trial flow. To keep deploying past the trial, add a payment method under Workspace Settings > Billing. Let me know what you saw on screen if something still looks off and I will dig in.
