I have the same issue. Also my dashboard of the project say: 4,40 usd remaining. but in dashboard i see "Trial Maxed out"

Having the same issue.. "Trial maxed out" with $4.81 I was gonna use my trial and was planning to update to hobby plan, glad i am not the only one...
