hey. my trial expired today and my project got shutdown, but in the email i was recieving it said that i can keep using my project until i run of out of the credit

It says your trial will expire in 7 days OR when your credits run out. The trial plan only runs for 30 days and then shuts off your services.

It looks like you used very little resources during the trial, little enough to fit under the free plan.
