Hello Railway team,

I’m on a Trial Workspace and I’m seeing inconsistent billing/usage UI states and want to confirm whether my credits are actually exhausted or if this is a trial expiration / account verification issue.

What I observe

  • Billing page says Trial Workspace and mentions a $5 credit balance grant, but I do not see an explicit “remaining credits” counter there.
  • Top banner sometimes shows “Trial expired” (or similar), which is confusing vs the $5 grant text.
  • Billing history shows no charges/invoices.
  • Usage for my project is extremely small (on the order of ~$0.01 accumulated usage), mostly memory.
  • My production API is reachable and healthy on the custom domain after migration.

What I need from you

  1. Please confirm my actual remaining credit balance and whether the workspace trial has expired independent of credits.
  2. If credits are not zero, why does the UI indicate trial expiration / risk of shutdown?
  3. If anything is blocked due to missing payment method, please confirm the minimum required steps to keep services running reliably (Hobby plan vs adding a card).
