Hi Railway team,
My pleasing-joy project (ID e7f5590d-2b7a-40fb-8fc9-59ecc28da355, service pnl-finance-system) trial has expired. I want to pay and continue using Railway, but my Malaysian card is being declined for international USD billing — I'm actively working with my bank to resolve it, and also trying a virtual card via Wise in parallel.
The persistent volume pnl-finance-system-volume still holds the production SQLite database (/data/dev.db) for a finance application my team uses daily. I cannot access it until the service restarts, which requires payment.
Could you please either:
(a) grant a short grace period (3–5 days) on the project so I can resolve the card situation and bring the service back up to export my own data, or
(b) provide a one-time volume export so I don't lose the production data.
I'm not asking for ongoing free service — just enough time to migrate my own data off. Happy to verify identity / account ownership however you need.
Thank you,

Your volume data is retained for 30 days after trial credit expiration, so it is not at immediate risk of deletion. Your workspace is currently inactive with no successful payment on file. Once you add a working payment method and subscribe at railway.com/workspace/billing, your services will come back up with the volume data intact. The Wise virtual card approach you mentioned should work for USD billing if your Malaysian bank card continues to be declined.

Hi seem like virtual credit card is not available in Malaysia yet, is there any others alternatives? if manual invoice/payment possible or paypal?

We only accept credit cards for plan subscriptions, so PayPal and manual invoicing are not available (custom invoicing is limited to Enterprise plans). If your Malaysian bank card is being declined for international USD charges, you could try another bank-issued credit card, or ask your bank to authorize international transactions to Stripe. Your volume data remains safe for 30 days, so you have time to sort out a working card.

The AI assistant suggested I try another bank-issued card or ask my bank to authorize Stripe. I've tried multiple Malaysian cards (Maybank/CIMB/Public Bank credit and debit, with international transactions explicitly enabled), and a Wise virtual USD card — all declined by Stripe.
I'm not asking for free service. I'd happily pay any amount via:
A different processor (Bitcoin, ETH, USDT via Coinbase Commerce — common for international SaaS edge cases)
Bank wire transfer for whatever minimum amount you need to release the volume
A one-off invoice paid via TransferWise/Wise business transfer
Alternatively, since I'm migrating off Railway anyway, would you be able to do a one-time data export of my volume pnl-finance-system-volume so I can move to another host? This is purely to recover my own production data — I don't need ongoing service. Happy to pay the engineering time.

Thank you — this data is operational for my team's daily P&L work, so recovering it matters a lot.
