Hello,
I recently ( today only - 01 June, 2026 )created a new Railway account and received the $5 credit that is shown in my account balance. My dashboard still indicates that I have $5 in credits remaining, and my usage is showing as $0.
However, I am unable to deploy because Railway displays the message:
"Trial expired. Your trial has expired. All deployments have been paused. To resume deployments, upgrade to a paid plan."
Additionally, the trial counter now shows 0 days remaining, whereas it previously showed 30 days remaining.
I would like to understand why my account is marked as having an expired trial despite:
Having $5 of credit available
Showing $0 in usage
Being a newly created account
Could you please check whether there is an issue with my account status or trial eligibility and help restore access to deployments?

Your workspace was created on April 26, 2026, not June 1, so the 30-day trial window expired around May 26. The $5 credit balance and $0 usage confirm nothing consumed your credits, but the trial is a fixed 30-day period regardless of remaining balance. To resume deployments, you'll need to subscribe to the Hobby plan ($5/month, includes $5 of usage credit each month) from your workspace billing settings.
