Hi, I understand the eligibility policy.

However, this account is newly created on Railway and has been placed on a limited trial despite having available credits.

I’m currently working as an indie developer with budget constraints, so the trial period is important for me to evaluate the platform properly. Once I complete validation of my project and usage, I do intend to upgrade to a paid plan.

If there is any manual override or exception process, I would appreciate a review. If not, please confirm so I can plan accordingly and proceed with alternative or paid options.
